On 23 November 2010, 17.00 hrs in the Readers Room of the Warsaw State City Archive at Krzywe Koło 7 the Society made a public appearance. Those interested could learn about the goals of the Society and listen to the introductory lecture of the President of the Society, Professor Ryszard Żelichowski.
The Warsaw City Archive Has a largest
collection (over seven thousend sheets) of plans of the City of Warsaw made
under supervision of the Lindleys. The Archive invites to visit the Archive to
see the colour plan of 1897 r., renovated in 2009 r. thanks to financial
support of the Ministry of Culture and national Heritage:

MPWiK ma pomysł na ławeczkę-pomnik, który stałby na warszawskim Podzamczu, na nowotworzonym skwerze miejskim.

Projekt rzeźby naturalnej wielkości Williama Heerleina Lindleya zapatrzonego w fontannę (w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie ławeczki) siedzącego na ławeczce (choć może niech on stoi oparty o te ławeczkę?). Ławeczka w skali 1:1 wpisana byłaby w ciąg ławek miejskich. Konkurs ogłoszony został 28 stycznia 2011 roku. JESTEŚMY ZA!!!
Może taka, jak ta w Łodzi (Biuro Budowy Wodociągów i Kanalizacji)?
